New Arrival respects your privacy. We collect your name, phone number and delivery address (only to process COD orders), messages you send via Contact us, and basic device/browser info for analytics. Your data is used only for order processing, delivery and customer support — we never sell it. Since we are COD-only, we never collect or store card or bank details. You can ask us to delete your details anytime by writing to support@mytechnologyhubs.com.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective item, contact us within 7 days on +91 76798 98240 (WhatsApp) with your order number and a photo of the issue. COD order refunds are made to your bank account/UPI within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Terms and Conditions

1) Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of all taxes; product images are representative. 2) Orders are placed through the cart — add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details and tap 'Place Order'.
